Taxes may not be included in the rate and will be added upon arrival to the hotel. Our Lane county tax is 9.5% and state tax is 1.8%, hotel service fee of $1.99.

Check in is 3 PM, Check out is 12 PM.

Please note there is a $10 fee for using the sleeper sofa in the rooms.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel by 3 PM Hotel Time one day before your arrival date. Special Events carry a 7 day cancellation policy. Penalty for failure to cancel reservations within guidelines will result in charges based on a one night stay. No refunds will be made for No-Show or early checkouts. Only service animals allowed with proper documentation.

Your room will be held until 7:00 AM the morning following your scheduled arrival date. If you do not arrive and do not cancel your reservation by the cancellation deadline, your credit card will be charged 1 night's stay plus tax. The remaining nights will be automatically cancelled.
